Meet Hildegard Oberhofer, Kristie Reddick’s Grandmother and one fo teh first two female air traffic controllers in the 1940s. She is the reason that pilots have to listen to controllers after a plane crashed into the Empire State Building. She was pioneer for women in STEM careers.
